Chinese Lanterns for Moon Festival and Chinese New Year

The Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋节), also called the Chinese Moon Festival, is one of the most important annual festivals (in addition to the Spring Festival, aka Chinese New Year) and is an official holiday in China.  It is a day for family reunions and festivities, and is widely celebrated in Australia now too.  In 2016, this festival will fall on 15 September.

It is also the 3rd biggest of the Lantern Festivals, with Decorative Hanging Lanterns, and Hand Held illuminated Lanterns for the children.

We have just finished unloading containers of Chinese Lanterns and Festival Decorations - Plenty of designs ready for mid Autumn Festival and Chinese New Year!

The next Chinese New Year celebration will be on 28th January 2017. Generally, every year in the week leading up to the New Year celebrations we get people frantically calling us for lanterns.

If we have any lanterns left over, we send them express to those last minute requests.
This year, we have started early, launching our range for the next Chinese New Year early.
